Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 24, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to residential RV interior-cleaning services provided by The RV Maid. By booking a service, accepting these Terms electronically, or allowing service to begin, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to them.

1. Our Services

The RV Maid provides interior residential cleaning for RVs, motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, and similar units.

Services are limited to the rooms, cleaning scopes, enhancements, packages, and specialty services selected or approved during booking.

We do not provide:

  • Exterior washing

  • Mechanical repairs

  • Pest extermination

  • Mold remediation

  • Biohazard remediation

  • Restoration or structural repairs

  • Hazardous-material removal

  • Services requiring unsafe access or specialized licensing

For safety reasons, we will not use ladders higher than two steps, move excessively heavy furniture or appliances, enter unsafe areas, handle weapons, or clean human waste, bodily fluids, needles, active infestations, unknown chemicals, or other hazardous materials.

The RV Maid may decline, modify, or stop service when conditions create a health, safety, access, equipment, legal, or property-damage concern.

2. Condition-Based Service & Pricing

Our pricing is based on the services and conditions disclosed when you book.

Please accurately disclose conditions that may affect the time, products, equipment, or safety required to complete your cleaning, including:

  • Excessive pet hair or dander

  • Red dirt or mud

  • Heavy soil

  • Smoke residue

  • Excessive odors

  • Pest activity

  • Excessive clutter

  • Sanitation concerns

  • Recent construction or remodeling

  • Water damage

  • Mold-like growth

  • Other unusual or potentially hazardous conditions

If the actual condition of the RV is materially different from what was disclosed, The RV Maid may apply a published condition charge, recommend a different service, limit the scope to the service purchased, request approval for additional charges, or decline the service.

When practical, we will contact you before performing work that would materially change the price or scope.

Cleaning is intended to improve the existing condition of the RV. It does not guarantee complete stain removal, permanent odor elimination, allergen elimination, restoration, or correction of existing wear, damage, deterioration, discoloration, or corrosion.

3. Access & Appointment Requirements

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful, and timely access to your RV and obtaining any required campground, park, property-owner, gate, or management authorization.

The RV must have:

  • Safe parking and entry access

  • Stable entry steps

  • Adequate lighting

  • Working utilities when required for the selected service

Please disclose known problems involving steps, flooring, plumbing, electricity, appliances, slides, cabinets, windows, locks, fixtures, or other RV components.

If we cannot safely access or work inside the RV, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and the booking deposit may be forfeited.

The RV Maid is not responsible for delays caused by locked gates, incorrect access information, campground restrictions, utility interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Pets & Animals

Animals must be safely secured away from active work areas unless otherwise approved.

You are responsible for your animal's behavior, containment, waste, and any injury or damage caused by the animal.

We may refuse or discontinue service if an animal is loose, aggressive, distressed, or otherwise creates a safety concern.

Excessive pet hair, dander, odors, stains, waste, or other animal-related conditions may require additional services or condition charges.

5. Weather & Travel Conditions

Appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, shortened, or canceled because of severe weather, flooding, extreme temperatures, unsafe roads, campground restrictions, closed gates, utility interruptions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Applicable travel or service-area charges will be disclosed during booking or before service.

6. Products & Special Surfaces

The RV Maid uses cleaning products and methods appropriate for ordinary RV interior cleaning.

Because RVs contain a wide variety of materials, finishes, fabrics, modifications, and components, no cleaning product or method can be guaranteed safe for every surface.

Please tell us about delicate, custom, antique, refinished, damaged, unsealed, or chemically sensitive surfaces before service.

Client-supplied products may be used only with our approval. We may refuse to use a product or method that we believe is unsafe, incompatible, improperly labeled, or outside the agreed service.

7. Personal Property

Please secure valuables and sensitive belongings before your appointment, including:

  • Cash

  • Jewelry

  • Medications

  • Firearms

  • Important documents

  • Collectibles

  • Electronics

  • Fragile items

We will not open locked containers, safes, private document storage, or areas reasonably understood to contain highly personal or fragile items unless specifically agreed.

The RV Maid is not responsible for loss or damage involving unsecured valuables, unstable objects, manufacturer defects, improper installation, normal wear, deterioration, or preexisting damage.

8. Preexisting Conditions & Damage

We take reasonable care while performing authorized services.

RV interiors can become fragile because of age, heat, moisture, UV exposure, vibration, previous repairs, chemical use, improper installation, or ordinary deterioration.

We may document existing conditions before or during service through notes, photographs, or video for safety, quality control, insurance, training, and dispute resolution. These records will not be used publicly for advertising without separate permission.

If you believe service caused damage, please notify us promptly and provide photographs and a description of the concern. We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item before repairs, replacement, disposal, or alteration, except when immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent further damage.

We are not responsible for preexisting damage, ordinary wear, latent defects, loose fixtures, failing finishes, aged materials, deteriorated seals, sun damage, water intrusion, mold, corrosion, or damage resulting from undisclosed conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Payment & Booking Deposit

A $25 booking deposit is due when your appointment is scheduled.

The deposit is applied toward your booked service unless it is forfeited under these Terms.

You authorize The RV Maid and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for:

  • The booking deposit

  • The remaining approved service balance

  • Client-approved additions or condition adjustments

  • Other charges expressly authorized by you

Applicable taxes, travel charges, selected services, and approved adjustments will be included in your final balance.

10. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or request a new appointment by contacting The RV Maid through an approved communication method.

The $25 booking deposit is forfeited when you:

  • Cancel with less than three hours' notice

  • Reschedule with less than three hours' notice

  • Prevent or deny access

  • Fail to provide required authorization

  • Present an undisclosed condition that prevents safe service

The RV Maid may make an exception at its discretion when circumstances warrant.

If The RV Maid cancels an appointment and cannot reasonably reschedule it, the unused booking deposit will be refunded or credited at your election.

11. Service Concerns

We want you to be satisfied with the service provided.

Please inspect the completed work within a reasonable period and promptly report any concern, including photographs and a description of the affected area when possible.

The RV Maid must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, when appropriate, correct an omitted or deficient area.

A service concern does not automatically result in a full refund. Any remedy will depend on the nature of the concern, the selected service, the condition of the RV, and whether we were given a reasonable opportunity to address it.

12. Right to Refuse or End Service

The RV Maid may refuse or discontinue service because of:

  • Threatening or harassing behavior

  • Unsafe conduct

  • Sexual misconduct

  • Discrimination

  • Illegal activity

  • Weapons

  • Active domestic disputes

  • Intoxication

  • Uncontrolled animals

  • Dangerous property conditions

  • Interference with staff

You remain responsible for authorized work already completed and nonrecoverable expenses incurred before service is terminated.

13. Privacy & Service Records

We may collect information reasonably necessary to schedule, perform, document, bill, and support your service, including contact information, service locations, booking selections, access instructions, communications, photographs, videos, and service records.

Information may be shared with payment processors, scheduling providers, assigned cleaning personnel, insurers, professional advisers, or government authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Access codes and keys will be handled with reasonable care. You should remove or change temporary access permissions after service when appropriate.

For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

14. Electronic Communication & Acceptance

You agree that appointment, service, payment, access, and policy communications may be provided electronically.

Electronic acceptance, a booking checkbox, typed approval, text-message authorization, or another electronic action indicating agreement may serve as your acknowledgment of these Terms to the extent permitted by law.

15. These Terms & Texas Law

These Terms, your confirmed booking selections, approved price adjustments, and any written service-specific agreement make up the agreement between you and The RV Maid for the booked service.

If a provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Legal proceedings will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the county where The RV Maid maintains its principal place of business, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
